Method
Slice the red onion as thinly as you can and let it sit in the lemon juice with a pinch of salt for 5 minutes.
Warm the drained beans in a small pot with a splash of water for 3 minutes so they take on the dressing better.
Whisk the olive oil into the lemon and onion mixture with plenty of black pepper.
Drain the tuna well and flake it into large chunks rather than shredding it.
Toss the warm beans, tuna and halved tomatoes through the dressing.
