Pick is an iPhone application that helps users plan weekly dinners, build a grocery list and estimate the cost of their shop at a chosen supermarket. These pages provide information about the app and its legal terms.
Supermarket names and logos (including Walmart, Aldi, Kroger, Target, Safeway, Publix, Trader Joe's, Costco and Whole Foods) are registered trademarks of their respective owners. TREMPIDO SL and Pick have no commercial, affiliation or sponsorship relationship with any of them. These names are used solely to help users organise their shopping and estimate prices.
The Pick brand, design, software and recipe content are owned by TREMPIDO SL or used under licence, and are protected by intellectual property law. Reproduction, distribution or modification without authorisation is prohibited.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Barcelona, Spain, except where mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
