Method
Rinse the basmati rice and simmer in 5 fl oz of water, covered, for 15 minutes until tender.
Slice the steak into thin strips and toss with the taco seasoning.
Slice the bell pepper and onion into strips.
Heat a skillet over high heat and sear the seasoned steak for 3 minutes until browned; remove and set aside.
Add the peppers and onion to the same skillet and stir-fry for 5 minutes until charred at the edges.
Return the steak to the skillet, squeeze over the lime juice, and toss everything for 1 minute.
Serve over the rice and finish with chopped cilantro.
