  • Rice NoodlesPantry3 oz

Method

  1. Heat the sesame oil in a pot over high heat and fry the ground pork for 6 minutes, breaking it up until browned and crisp in places.
  2. Add the grated ginger and minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in 2.5 cups of water and the soy sauce, bring to a boil and simmer for 6 minutes.
  4. Add the rice noodles and cook for 4 minutes until tender.
  5. Drop in the halved bok choy for the last 2 minutes so the leaves wilt but the stems stay crisp.
  6. Ladle into a deep bowl and top with the sliced spring onion.
