Method

  1. Cook the egg noodles in boiling water for 4 minutes, adding the frozen edamame for the final 2 minutes; drain together.
  2. Peel the carrot into thin ribbons and mince the garlic.
  3. Heat the sesame oil in a wok over medium-high heat and stir-fry the garlic and carrot ribbons for 2 minutes.
