Method
Coarsely grate half the apple and squeeze out the excess juice with your hands.
Mix it into the ground pork with the chopped sage, plenty of salt and black pepper, then shape two patties wider than the bun.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties for 5 minutes per side until the juices run clear.
Slice the rest of the apple and the red onion thinly.
