  • Salmon FilletMeat & Seafood6 oz
  • Egg NoodlesPantry3 oz
  • Teriyaki SaucePantry2 tbsp
  • BroccoliProduce1½ cup
  • CarrotProduce1 piece
  • Sesame SeedsPantry1 tsp
  • GingerProduce1 tsp

Method

  1. Boil the egg noodles for 4 minutes, adding the broccoli for the last 2 minutes, then drain both and rinse briefly.
  2. Pat the salmon dry and season it with salt.
  3. Sear it skin side down in a hot skillet for 5 minutes without moving it, then turn and cook for 2 more minutes.
  4. Lift the salmon out and add the grated ginger and carrot matchsticks to the pan for 2 minutes.
  5. Add the noodles, broccoli and teriyaki sauce and toss for 2 minutes until glossy.
  6. Flake the salmon over the noodles and finish with sesame seeds.
