Method

  1. Cook the egg noodles in boiling water according to the package, then drain and set aside.
  2. Slice the chicken into thin strips, mince the garlic, and thinly slice the bell pepper.
  3. Heat the sesame oil in a wok over high heat and sear the chicken for 5 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  4. Add the garlic, red pepper flakes, and bell pepper and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce with a splash of water and toss to coat, simmering for 1 minute.
